Revisions to the Bylaws and Policy Statement for the
AIA Westchester/Mid-Hudson
to be voted on
September 20, 2007
Annual Meeting

Minor revisions as recommended by Jay Stephens, Esq. , General Counsel, AIA National

• Add Allied Membership Category to By Laws. Article 16.

• The positions of Secretary and Treasurer shall continue to be occupied by one individual.

• Secretary and Treasurer shall be part of the Nominating Committee.

Revisions to the Policy Statement to be voted on September 20, 2007

• Chapter Reserves to be maintained at 25% annual budget.

• Chapter to fund cost for Executive Director to attend State, National and CACE Conventions.

• Allied Members Policies

• Policy Board Guidelines

The meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn, Mt. Kisco, NY from 6 pm - 9 pm
