CELEBRATION OF ARCHITECTURE AWARDS PROGRAM COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES 2006 SCHEDULE
The schedule for this year’s Celebration of Architecture Awards Program has been finalized by the Awards Program Committee:

The Celebration of Architecture Gala will be taking place at the Fisher Performing Arts Center at Bard College, designed by Frank Gehry. The program will start in the late afternoon with a behind-the-scenes tour of the facility lead by the Project Architect as well as Bard College representatives. All attendees are encouraged to join the tour and see the striking facility in the daylight and at dusk. A CEU credit panel discussion / question and answer session will follow the tour. A cocktail hour in the dynamic lobby space with live musical entertainment will be followed by the Awards Program presentation in the main concert hall.
This is a great opportunity to celebrate architecture in our region and the architects that are creating wonderful places in a facility that boldly embraces life. All chapter members, as well as architects with projects in our chapter area, are encouraged to submit their work for this year’s awards program. We will be contacting other AIA and engineering chapters in the region to share in this event.
